Brook Felsenthal

Brook grew up in rural Victoria in a keen sailing family where building and racing yachts became his main obsession, later competing at a high level including representing Australia. 

Brook gained a Bachelor of Business in Tourism before heading to Europe in the mid eighties.  It was here that he found he could combine this passion for boats and a career path in Tourism by operating charter flotillas in both Greece & Turkey. 

Returning to Australia, Brook decided to establish Australia's first and only specialist yacht charter brokerage.

Since 1985 Charter World have continued to offer the highest levels of quality service with repeat clients spanning three decades - where he now helps even the grandchildren of his original clients enjoy unforgettable holidays afloat.

Lynn Felsenthal

Lynn joined Charter World in 1986 after a four year stint living in the Whitsundays and working with Whitsunday-Rent-A-Yacht, who were and remain the Whitsunday's original and largest operator.

Lynn's attention to detail has ensured that thousands of charterers have enjoyed hassle free holidays with updated and accurate information, not only on the yachts themselves but the complex travel options which surround a successful charter holiday.

Lynn and Brook have travelled extensively to the charter areas and bases Charter World offer worldwide and through client feedback are kept up to date on the latest developments.

Lynn and Brook have two children, Jack (12) and Holly (10) who have, through no choice of their own, enjoyed many charter holidays in Australia, Asia and the Pacific.

Amber Greshner-Cross

Amber started working for Charter World as her first job at the age of 19, and apart from a year & a bit spent traveling in Europe, has been the first friendly voice on the telephone line for eight years. 

Amber knows the yachts and the crews as well as having hosted regattas in New Caledonia and groups in the Whitsundays.  Like Lynn her attention to detail is one of her main attributes to make your holiday nothing less than perfect. 

Amanda Quirk

Amanda joined the team in 2005 and runs our final documents section.  Originally from the IT industry, Amanda brings a wealth of experience and research skills and takes great pride to the presentation of all of our documentation.  Amanda and her husband Greg experienced their first charter in Croatia last year and are already lining up for their next charter adventure.
